Application Procedures

KYOTO MARATHON 2014 has done without any trouble. We kindly appreciate all the runnners, volunteers, supporters and everyone concerned for the cooperation with  our operation! The results will be sent to all runners in late March.

Start accepting applications Monday, July 29, 2013

From 10:00, the event websites (for pc/mobile phone users) are available for your applications.

Application Deadlines

Websites 17:00 September 10, 2013* In the case of oversubscription, competitors will be chosen by lottery.

Notification of Lottery Mid October 2013 (scheduled)

All applicants will receive the result of lottery. Website Applicants: by e-mail

Entry Fee Payment Deadline End of October 2013 (scheduled)

Please make payment in a designated manner.

Sending Participant Information Late January 2014

We will send the information about 3 weeks prior to the event.

Check-in“Friday, February 14, 2014 Saturday, February 15, 2014 10:30 to 19:00 (scheduled)”

No check-in is available on the day of the event. Please be sure to check in on either the date indicated above. Personal ID is required at reception.
